Ravi noticed his voice cracking most of the time. He could also feel a protrusion in his neck. What is this protrusion? How can you explain the change in his voice?

This can be explained due to the age of adolescence. During this age, especially in boys, their voice starts getting deeper and as a result, there emerges a protection in the neck. This protrusion is known as the Adams Apple. Age of adolescence is usually the age when a teenager starts becoming sexually mature and develops secondary sexual characteristics.
