To make carbon dioxide from baking soda and vinegar, follow the steps:

(1) Select a transparent container or any other container.

(2) Pour about half a cup of vinegar.

(3) Add nearly two spoons of baking soda.

(4) When the solution settles well, mix it lightly.

(5) We can see that bubbles start to form.

When these bubbles are burst, carbon- dioxide is produced from them.

The bubbles may be very small or they can be large and we can also hear a sort of popping sound.

The carbon-dioxide produced can turn lime water milky.
