Ravi purchased a house for rupees 945200and spend rupees 32800on its repairs. He had to sell it for rupees 746800. Find his loss and loss percent.

Total spent=945200+32800
=978000Rs
then,loss= 978000-746800
= 231200
loss%=loss/cp(100)
=231200/945200(100)
=57550/2363
=24.3546
