Answer:

The distance covered by dog is 360 m.

Step-by-step explanation:

Speed of Ravi = 45m/min

After 6mins distance covered by Ravi = 45×6=270m

Speed of Shiva = 60m/min

Time taken by Shiva to reach Ravi = 270/60 = 4 mins and 30 secs

Speed of dog = 80m/min

Time after which dog stops

= 4 mins and 30 secs= 4 ½ mins

Distance covered by dog

=SPEED×TIME

=80×4½ m

= 80×9/2

= 360 m

Thus, the distance covered by dog is 360 m
