Protein helps us in many ways like repairing and replacing damaged parts of body, helps in growth , protect us from various infections and diseases etc.

(c) Yes ,we can say that Ashok tiffin is a balanced diet because in Ashok tiffen there is dal ,curd, roti ,sabji and in all these food items they are all have nutrients that are in sufficient amount and is very healthy .
