Let CP of dinesh motorcyvle = Rs x

SP of dinesh motorcycle = (72/100) x = 0.72 x [There is a loss of 28%]

CP of saran motorcycle including the cost of repairs = (0.72x + 5040)

SP of saran motor = Rs 107730

Profit Percentage = 12.5%

[(107730) - (0.72x + 5040)] x 100 / (0.72x + 5040) = 12.5/100

x= 140777.7
