Think Before You Speak
I am still haunted by that fight between Ravi and Aman. Our school organized a trip to Delhi for the students of the class eleventh and all of us were very excited about it. Some of us were going to Delhi for the first time. We started in the evening as we had to catch the train to Delhi at ten in the night. Our school is at a distance of around sixty kilometers and it's always better safe than sorry. We reached well in time.
We reached early in the morning and made our way to our school branch at Delhi. When we were getting ready Aman couldn't find his watch and in his anger, he accused Ravi of stealing his watch. Ravi tried to clarify that though he had seen his watch while Aman was packing his backpack, he had no idea where it was. Aman wasn't ready to believe him and he straightaway went to the warden and complained about his watch. He also said that he suspected Ravi for stealing his watch. The warden told Aman he would look into the matter and we sat in our buses to visit Lotus Temple.
As soon as we boarded the bus, the cleaner of our bus, Dhirendra told that he had found a watch fallen down at the backmost seat and asked whose watch it was. Aman was overjoyed, it was his watch. Instantly he remembered about Ravi and a sudden pang of remorse hit him. He went to Ravi and apologized for his mistake. Ravi is a decent boy. He just said, "I knew you would find it."
