Ravi was expecting a claim amount of rs. 1200000 from insurer. but it was rejected. he feels that the claim has been repudiated on wrong reasons. which consumer forum can he approach ?

He can go with the National level Consumer Court as the claim was more than Rs 2 crores under COPRA (Consumer Protection Act).
He can also go with Right to Information in order to know the proper reasons for his case failure in the court.
