Perimeter = sum of all sides

10=2x+3x+4x

10=9x

x=10/9

Hence the sides are

2x=2*10/9=20/29=2.2cm

3x=3*10/9=30/9=3.3cm

4x=4*10/9=40*9=4.4cm
