Fill in the blanks and write proof.
is the opposite ray of ray BC.
Now, ZABE = = m( ) ...... proved in (ii).
.. 180 -

= [360 - m
... 180 - ZABC = 180 - m(arc ADB)
..- ZABC - - 5 m
.. ZABC = = m(arc ADB)

Solution:

  • We can clearly see the ray passing and it is mentioned AB in the figure, therefore the first blank would be Ray AB.
  • For the second blank we already know that ΔABE=ABC
  • The angle would be 180^{0}, therefore we can write as,

         180^{0} -180^{0}=\frac{1}{2} m(arcAFB)

  • We can write as ΔAFB=ABD, therefore

        =\frac{1}{2}[360 - m(ABD)]

  • Therefore we can write all the other blanks easily as,

       ΔABC=-\frac{1}{2} m(arcADB)
