Answer:

COST PRICE CP= 1250

SELLING PRICE SP = 1200

SINCE CP >SP IT IS A LOSS....

LOSS = CP -SP = 1250 -1200 =50

LOSS% = LOSS/CP ×100

 =  \frac{50}{1250}  \times 100 \\  = 4\%

Answer:

4%

Step-by-step explanation:

=> CP = 1250

=> SP = 1200

=> CP > SP = Loss

=> SP - CP = Loss

=> Loss = 1250 - 1200

=> Loss = 50

=> Loss percent = Loss / CP × 100

= 50 / 1250 × 100

= 4%
