where,

nr = index of refraction of the refractive medium
Θi = angle of incidence
Θr = angle of refraction
1.00 × sine (45) = 1.6 × sine (Θr)
0.7071 = 1.6 × sine (Θr)
.441 = sine (Θr)
sine-1 (0.441) = sine-1 ( sine Θr)
Θr = 26°
Angle of Refraction = 26°
