when a RBC is formed it consist of nucleus but as it grows and matures the nuclues dissappears , this is because an mature RBC needs to carry haemoglobin so to provide maximum space to carry haemoglobin the nucleus and cell organelles dissappears
now the question comes...how does it survive without nucleus??.....well the answer is..it take all the important components from the nucleus for its functioning...as soon as the component gets over that RBC dies...

hope this will help u out
