In our society, from a very long period, people have been divided into various castes, due to the reason of the different works which were done by the people. People who used to do some cheap works like cleaning dirty places, that is the reason they were treated in an ill-mannered way and were considered as minorities.

Explanation:

Minorities have always been deprived of many things, from a long time, due to that reason to give a back push to the minorities, at present government has provided reservation to minorities in many places, like government jobs and colleges.

Answer:

The term minority here refers to a community or a section of people whose population is less compared to other communities. In India, minority classes are present mainly on the basis of religion or faiths. For example: Christians, Parsis, Muslims, Jains, Zorastrians etc are present in minority in India. The Indian constitution has provision to safeguard the interests of the minorities so that the people of the majority can’t force their beliefs on them and they do not become victims of inequality. The constitution has laws which helps to maintain the equality among all people whether it is a minority or a majority one.
