The organisers of the upcoming Mental Health Awareness Week have revealed a new theme for the week based on current events. The new focus is on “Kindness” as the theme for 18th to 24th May.
During the extreme times of the Coronavirus outbreak the world has seen fantastic displays of kindness from so many people, all doing little things in their own ways to support people struggling due to the outbreak. During stressful situations such as this, it is so refreshing to see community spirit and basic human kindness coming to light.

I am enjoying a lot with my cousins. I hope same is happening with you too. I know that you are suffering in isolation alone. Loneliness is a very harmful thing. You will get rid of it very fast.
