HCl + NAOH = NaCl + H2O

(Use a single arrow in place of the equal to sign)

Reaction is not reversible since when you dissolve NaCl in water, Na^+ and Cl^- ions dissociate and do not have a tendency to react with either of the H^+ or OH^- ions to form the original acid and base.

This is because both NaOH and HCl are strong base and acid (respectively) and when you dissolve either in water, their ions will dissociate completely. Thus, Na^+ and Cl^- will remain.
