Hello Dear.
Here is the answer---
Reaction between the Citric Acid and the Potassium Permanganate is →
C₆H₈O₇ + 3KMnO₄ ------→ 3HMnO₄ + C₆H₅K₃O₇.
KMnO₄ is Potassium Permanganate which is Purple in Color.
C₆H₈O₇ is the Citric Acid.
During the Reaction, Purple color of the Potassium Permanganate Changes into the Transparent Yellow Color.
This Reaction also Shows the Reducing Property of Citric Acid.
Hope it helps.
