Harish caught 4:30PM train to go to office.

Harish missed 4:15PM train and this train arrives every 15mins and hence the next trains are like 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, etc. It is said he didnot catch the 4:45PM train or any after that so hence its the 4:30PM which he was able to get into.
