Read my idea I shared below and tell me the mistakes which to be corrected and the changes I should do :

If agriculture is made to be a government job with providing lands to cultivate, giving them monthly salary and buy the resources from them. Exactly like giving a place, pc and salary to the employees working in an office and getting the outputs from them. Doesn't it make youngsters to have interest in doing agriculture? If we can build a so big infrastructure ,employing people and giving them salary, why can't we make this idea come true?

This hadn't occurred to my mind. But the above idea is perfect. Our country would change a lot if they adopt this type of systems.
