Answer:

What incident of your life changed you completely or your view towards people, in a good or bad way?

I was on a street corner in a bad part of London, looking lost and staring at a map (dead tree version of an iPad).... From across the street, I eyed a group of thugs... leather studs, dog collars, spiked hair, chains, tattoos.... the works. One particularly tall and menacing member of the 'gang' made eye contact with me and deliberately headed directly for me. I figured I was a gonner (I'm slight of build and completely incapable of defending myself).

As he approaches, I tried to act cool, but was reeling inside trying to find an escape
