Sumit the son of a shoemaker, was a highly intelligent student in a municipal school. His maths teacher called him 'Einstine' for he was brilliant in maths. He loved maths. Sumit wanted to study further after SSC, however, he suffered from polio and because of this reason his parents thought that he will not be able to study further. Sumit heard about one of the schemes of the Government in which a hundred percent scholarship would be provided for differently abled students. He became very happy to know about this scheme. He immediately applied for the scholarship. After giving an exam he got selected for it. Everyone was very happy to know about this and Sumit got the chance to study and excel in his life.
…with lack of money, all his dreams shattered. However, he did not lose his determination to study. He collected books from old students and studied on his own. He would spend hours together figuring out the problems on his own that made him more intelligent. Then his maths teacher who was highly impressed with his talent gave him details about how to avail disability scholarships from the government and private organizations. He earnestly applied for those, got a good scholarship to complete his degree in maths. He did his degree extremely well and later joined one of the prestigious government research organizations. So if we the will we can win is Sumit’s secret of success.
