War and terrorism are inter-related. Whenever two or more nations are involved in the war, then somewhere this paves the way for terrorism to act and give a terrorist chance to expand their powers, and this way, terrorism gets strength. So the opposite nation in the war funds the terrorist against the country and will argue that it's not responsible for the growth of terrorism in the country. So we can say both are inter-related as one leads to the cause of others in most of the cases.
