In the story, The "Two Gentlemen of Verona", the driver, Luigi judges the people by their appearance. When the author and Luigi came across two boys in a shabby dress, the driver shrugged his shoulders and showed his disliking in buying strawberries from those boys as they are not neatly dressed.  

He is not right in his thinking. He should have observed the actions of the boys before he comes to a conclusion.
