The answer is as follows:

1)These lines are taken from the poem ‘The song of the rain’ and therefore, the ‘I’ in the above-given lines is the raindrop.

2)The raindrop helps its origin by first originating in the form of water vapor that is from the land and bottomless seas. It originates with the help of the sun, which heats the land and seas, and due to this heat, water vapors are formed which rise to the atmosphere and then fall back down to the earth as raindrops.

3)Brackets are used for the last two lines because those lines are said neither by the raindrop nor by the poet, it is just a general observation made.
