The specific ways to prevent infectious are related to a peculiar property of the immune system that usually

fight off microbial infections. The immune system can be ‘fooled’ into developing memory for a particular

infection by putting something which mimics the microbes we want to vaccinate against, into the body.

This prevents any subsequent exposure to the infecting microbes from turning into actual disease. The

diseases can be infectious & non-infectious. Infectious diseases can spread from infected person to healthy

person and the mean of spread of disease are different for different pathogens.
