They boasted of weaving a cloth that was invisible to everyone else except the pure and wise. The emperor invited them to the royal loom and provided all equipments, money and provisions for the weavers. As the weavers worked hard on their project, people came from far and wide to see this fabulous fabric. There was nothing on the loom, but no one had the courage to say so lest they should be thought a fool or an incapable person. The wearers, in the meantime, lived a life of luxury.
