We have received your consignment of Silky Blankets against our order no.AK/1/231, dated 16th march,2016.
We regret to inform you that we have received only 900 blankets packed in nine cartons.
As we have to send off the bulk supply by the month end, kindly send us thr remaining part of our order i.e. 300 blankets as soon as possible.

Due to some technical reasons we were not able to completely complete the order number..........Dated 16th march,2016.
We are really sorry for not fulfilling what you demanded but I request you to please give us a time of two days and we will send you the remaining blankets i.e 300 blanket.We are very sorry for your inconvenience.....
