(1)sceptre stands for power,royalty, and crown stands for glory , honor and righteousness

(2)scythe was the symbol of an agrarian society and now also of communism and spade symbolizes life ....

  1. Sceptre and crown stand for the royal glory, splendor, and power of rulers. Scythe and spade stand for the tools of workers. Sceptre and crown symbolize kings (authority) whereas scythe and spade symbolize ordinary people (the masses).
