b:he said this because the road was grassy which seemed that it was not travelled by many people.

c:he was looking that which of them wasn't used by much and wanted to travell that because he was a adventurous person

कवि ने ऐसी सड़क को चुना क्योंकि वहां घास उग आई है और उस पर अब तक किसी ने भी यात्रा नहीं की थी। "जैसा कि उचित" का अर्थ है कि दूसरी सड़क पहले की तरह सुंदर थी। पहनना चाहता था

1)The poet chose such a road because the grass has grown there and no one had traveled on it till now.

2) "As justified" means that the second road was as beautiful as the first.
