Read the following paragraph and answer the question that follows. Shambhu lives in a small village near Darjeeling, a mountainous region in West Bengal. Shambhu had some fallow land and wondered how to utilise it so that he could earn some money. His friend suggested he use his land for a tea plantation, tea being one of the cash crops of the region. This way he could utilise the fallow land and also earn money by selling tea. He also suggested to Shambhu that he would require machines for processing the tea leaves into consumable tea. Shambhu liked the suggestion and planted tea plants and also bought the necessary machines used in the processing of tea leaves. Unfortunately, one day there was rain accompanied by strong winds. After the rain stopped, Shambhu went to see his tea plantation and was shocked by what he saw! All the tea plants that he had planted were washed away by the rainwater.
What could Shambhu have done to save the tea plants from getting washed away due to rain?

Answer:
Shambu could have used a sloppy hill side area to plant his tea as this type of area will have a better land for plantation and the roots will catch to the ground even tighter preventing it from damaging. He could have also kept a tent near the farm land and cover the plants during bad wether to prevent damage. To protect his plants from strong winds, Shamu could have made a wind break to also save his plants.
