Read the following passage and give the answers based on this

In 1985, H.W. Kroto discovered a new allotrope of carbon called Buckminster Fullerene. Its

composition is C60. Carbon atoms were at the corners of each polygon. It is also called Bucky ball

since it resembles with football. This compound was found useful in super-computers because its

molecule has strong capability to absorb visible light and convert the quantum energy into heat.

Answer the following questions-

11. What is the mode of packing of polygons in C60?

12. What is the nature of C-C bond in fullerene?

13. What are the other allotropic forms of carbon?

14. How is fullerene different from other allotropic forms of carbon?
