Read the following passage and make notes (OR) Write a summary:
One has to be careful while choosing a job. Several factors contribute to giving
job satisfaction. Some of them are freedom, lucrative salary, leave facilities, an
easy job, a good boss and a good environment. None of these things give real
satisfaction if one has not chosen the right job. A good job is the one in which the
nature of work is easy, a lot of incentives being paid, recognition and reward for
one's hard work and so on. But if the job does not cater to our interest, it will not
give us satisfaction. A person derives satisfaction from the job they do only when
the opportunity is there to prove one's skill. Thus, aptitude and flair for the job are
the prime factors that ensure job satisfaction.
