Good effect
To make friends, one must be friendly as well kind and helpful. Suppose you have joined an institute in another state where you haven't went there before. So, in that case, one may feel insecure or alone. For this reason one may make friends easily and can cope up with the situations and the surroundings.
Bad effect
Making friends easily may not give the person a chance to know about the behaviour or character of the friend. So, if any one falls under the group of bad friends, then the person might face difficulties.
