The authority of the rules of the constitution is the same as any other law because we all follow the rules and regulations of the constitution like respecting the national anthem and so on ans so forth. Likewise, the rules also have the same effect on the economy
the contitution lays down how different the organs of the government will be formed this is said so because the laws are made and to make laws we need a proper system therefore an organ of the government is formed and to check the lawsthat have been made by that organ we need another organ which will check if the laws are making sense, and finally we need another system to executethe laws therefore the organs of a government are forme due to the constitution
This way the constitution makes sure the people of the country are not discriminated by color,caste,genderor religion.
The constitution clearly is about instituions as it does not base on any religion . It is about the laws that the people have to follow and not about the misuse of power
