thus total amount they get together = x

Let sunita's share be y.

Since sunita recieves  3/4 of x,

y= x(3/4)

y= 3x/4

since total amount is 880

y +  x = 880

3x/4 +x =880

7x/4 = 880

x= Rs  502.8

thus Sunita recieves

y= (3× 502.8)÷4

y= Rs  377.1
