the jacobins were too strict and followed strict rules they saw everyone as equal and wanted equality among people and Robespierre the leader of jacobin club tried to imprison all the people he felt as threat and trialed them. and whom ever the court found guilty they give very harsh punishment. which is most commonly called the death by guillotine.
