The organs and every system in our body must do their regular works .

We do our regular HRFs

There are the following components in the HRF.
The components are:
a) cardiorespiratory endurance
b)muscular strength
c)muscular endurance
d) flexibility.
e) body composition.
We do work outs our regular exercises of
the above components then we say that we are fit .
When you are fit then our pulse rate is normal.
Our heart beat is normal.
Our body temperature is normal.
Everything will go normal condition .
We get up early and go to bed early and
drinking water enoughly and doing exercises like a habbit.
Exercises running,walking ,dancing, swimming and all other exercises which are related to the component of HRF ,then we say physically fit.
