Well, the question is not clear enough.
But the question is referring to the students who dropout from the school. One the reason of students dropout is the migration  of families .Sometime the parents have to migrate due to which the access to a certain schools for the children , the students have to dropout from the school. This may result in the end of student career as the studying further may not be .the option for them . In this case , the parents are responsible for arranging educational access for their children.

Many studies have revealed that Migration or Internal displacement results in high drop-out rate among children. This is because of several reasons like -

1. When the families migrate, the children do not seem to have access to proper schools or educational institutions. Also, the schools will be hesitant to take in new students all of a sudden. So, most of the children become dropouts with having proper access to institutions.

2. If the bread-winner of the family migrates and leaves the family behind, the lack of income to pay the school fees may stop the children from attending the institutions.

3. When the people return back to their native places, the old schools might refuse to take them back.

4. The older children are usually forced upon by responsibility to start working at a young age to provide food and education for the younger siblings.

5. Continous migrations force children to stop education as they have to always travel during the academic year.
