It is very easy to get into a bad habit such as eating too many sweets or much food,

or drinking too much fluid of any kind. or smoking The more we do a thing, the more we

like doing it: and, if we do not continue to do It, we feel unhappy. This is called the force of

habit, and the force of habit should be fought against. A bad habit is harmful because it

makes you want to do something bad very often and too much. This is true even of some

things that would otherwise be considered as good habits. Some people form the habit of

working too much or relaxing too much. That too is bad. A man is wise if he can check his

bad habits. It is also a good practice to try to acquire good habits. If you do a good thing

very often, It will soon become a habit.

(1) Name the bad habits mentioned in the passage.

(2) Define 'force of habit."

(3) How can a good thing become a bad habit?

(4) Give the adverb form of:

(a) 'continue' (b) bad.​
