Yoga was developed in India thousand years ago..Yoga have increasingly populated from the types of exercise in the world.There are hundreds of different schools of yoga in which they have populated..Yoga is helpful for improving our concentration and it's help to our body flexibility..to our mind...and too flex our muscles.....it helps in improvity of respiration.. energy, strength and vitality, weight reduction etc...By doing yoga our body and our muscles get flexible..By doing regular yoga it creates our mental clarity and calmness etc.......To be healthy we need to doo regular yoga and it is the one way to be healthy and strong..
