Read the passage. students may use cell phones between classes and during the lunch break, as long as they do not create a distraction or cause the student to be tardy for class. during class, cell phones will be secured in lockers or vehicles. cell phones are not allowed in classrooms, locker rooms, or restrooms. students may not use cell phones to take or transmit pictures. cell phone use while on the bus is decided by the bus driver. students who violate these rules will have their cell phones taken away until the end of the school year. when is it okay to use a cell phone at school? never only between classes anytime, as long as it is the camera only between classes, during lunch, and sometimes on the bus

It will be kind Impossible for this to be achieved because the phones are luxurious commodities to children whose main role may not to be used as the tools for communication.

Most of the students may end up using the phone as the  tool for playing games and doing other things, this may make it almost impossible for the students to keep away the phones during the learning process
