Sir,

With due respect I am writing this letter to you on behalf of the school. Sir we are from Shan Sharma government Senior Secondary school New Delhi. We have won an award for maintaining in and around the school. we are really grateful to win such an award .

in this letter I would like to share the steps that my school took to creat awareness of cleanliness. In our school we clean our campus twice a week i.e. on Wednesday and Saturday, every student in our school is compalsary.
