Answer:

1. In the poem - 'The Road Not Taken', the road symbolizes our life. The poet says that the path that we don't choose in our life is 'the road not taken'. He describes his feelings about that choice that he had left in the past. The path which we have chosen, decides our future, our destination.

2. Diverged is the correct answers

3. In the poem's first line, Frost describes the wood through which the narrator travels. It is "a yellow wood," which establishes the poem's autumnal setting. ... The "yellow wood" can be interpreted as a symbol of the transitory nature of human life that ends in death

4. In that poem "wanted wear" means that the road was very new, because it wasn't used much. "wear" is short for "wear and tear" - the normal damage everything gets from being used over time

5. poet not take the first road, because he dose not like the first road

6. THE poet had to make a choice between two roads, he could take only one road at a time. He chose the second one and decided to take the first one serv other day. But he doubted whether he would be able to come back and take the first one because one roads leads to another.

7. Both” in the above stanza refers to two roads which diverged in different directions. ... “In leaves no step had trodden back” means that both the roads were covered with yellow leaves and nobody had walked on them

8.“Oh, I kept the first for another day,” means that I, the traveler, decided to leave the other path to take another day- but it's a little sarcastic, that line, because “I doubted if I should ever come back

9.   Somewhere ages and ages hence,

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,

I took the one less travelled by,

And that had made all the difference.
