Actually in one hand we can give justice to the hospitals I mean that they didn't have any spare bed and specialized doctors but in the other hand we can give justice to Hakim Seikh too, now what I mean is, it is not necessary for specialized doctors to do first aid, even a common nurse also can do first aid
