The poet speaks about “beauty's glance” here by that the poet means, as the men of our time is always busy and burdened with responsibilities they don't even have the time to enjoy nature and to appreciate the beauty associated with the nature.

b)In the poem "leisure" the poet has conveyed his ideas by means of colorful natural images. He has enriched these ideas with a personification of beauty. " No time to turn at Beauty's glance. And watch her feet, how they can dance" Beauty is neither a thing nor a person.
