1) bubbles of hydrogen are forming on the surrounding side of zinc granules.
2) yes we can feel some temperature by touching the lower part of the conical flask because this is a exothermic reaction in which heat is released out of a reaction along with product.

1 . According to the diagram provide in the question , the Hydrogen gas is passed through a solution of dilute sulphuric acid consisting of zinc granules .

Here , we come to notice that " Hydrogen Bubbles " are formed around the zinc granules due to the passage of hydrogen gas .

2. Yes , there is a change in temperature when we touch the conical flask or test tube .

The test tube gets heated due to the exothermic reaction which takes place in this chemical reaction . Heat is produced when hydrogen gas is passed through it .
