Answer:
There is no single food that can supply all the nutrients. That's why it's important to include a variety of foods. Proteins and minerals are needed for the growth and the maintenance of our body. Vitamins help in protecting our body against diseases.
Foods that contain a lot of protein are called body-building foods or growing foods. Foods that contain a lot of fat or carbohydrates and perhaps only a little protein are called energy-giving foods. Foods in which the most important nutrients are vitamins or minerals are called protective foods.
The two main food groups that contribute to protein are the:
'lean meat and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds and legumes/beans' group.
'milk, yoghurt, cheese and/or alternatives (mostly reduced fat)' group.
Mild dehydration can usually be treated by having the person take more fluids by mouth. Generally, it's best to have the person drink something with some electrolytes, such as a commercial rehydration solution, a sports drink, juice, or even bouillon. But in most cases, even drinking water or tea will help.

Canning is an important, safe method of food preservation if practiced properly. The canning process involves placing foods in jars and heating them to a temperature that destroys microorganisms that could be a health hazard or cause the food to spoil.
