Answer:

1) The poet prays to the almighty for a 'heaven of freedom' for his country where people would be fearless, knowledgeable, truthful, hard-working, logical and broad minded.

2) Rabindranath Tagore in his poem 'Where the mind is without fear' expresses his views against the barriers between men. He wants to see a world that is not 'broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls'. Here the world domestic may be taken at more than one sence. It may mean regional and internal.

3) Fearlessness, self-dignity, knowledge....are the three qualities that the poet wants to see in his countrymen.

4) Yes, the poem inspire the people of other country because each country has it's own problem if it is developed or also developing.

5) Poet vision is for our country that it should be knowledge free and world must not be broken into pieces on the basis of narrow domestic walls and where all mind must be free and held high.

I hope this will help you....
