Reading is more important to create a vivid imagination

Today, reading became more popular, people choose reading than watching television. They believe that reading make imagination and language skill better. While some people believe that reading is the right chooses to expand their imagination and language ability, I have different opinion.

Some people prefer to read a book than watch a movie which is it based on the same stories. They argue that it more fun to image every detail story in a book that sometime cannot present in a movie perfectly. Reading could stimulate people's brain to create illustration from their books and it is important to develop imagination skill. By reading books, people also could upgrade their language ability. People who read more will have more vocabulary and it really help them to learn new language.
