We all know that we are different from each other. Our way of thinking and expression are very different. But our present education system does not understand this.Even after so many years there is no significant change in our examination system. We must understand that all children are not same. Some become consious of their surrounding earlier, some talk early, some walk early.Every child is special. They all have some or the other talent. This children must not be pressurise to study or play,or song and dance.Let them be nature enough to decide what they want to choose.Let's be a bit patient.

Children have a lot of potential. They may be skilled in different areas. So it is not right to rely on the results of a single examination to gauge their potential and aptitude.

Assessing a child on the basis of a half yearly or annual exam is not very suitable. It puts an extra burden on the students and creates a fear for the exams. Students tend to become tense and are not able to give their best performance. So this sort of exam does not give the true picture of the student's achievements.

If the students' aptitude is evaluated on the basis of daily performance it will be less stressful for the students. They will not focus only on the exams but on the daily assignments and projects. This will enhance learning and improve their learning experience.

A continuous and comprehensive evaluation of the students will show their all round achievement.
